Why are some menus not showing up in the sidebar?

Some tools need a connection to a third-party API before they'll appear. Insights needs Google Search Console, PageSpeed, and GA4; Competitor Analysis and AI-written fix suggestions need an Anthropic key. Add them once in Settings > Connections and the matching tools unlock immediately.

How do I get access during the closed beta?

AiVO is invite-only while we finish the AI Readiness score and a few other checks. Join the list in the Stay Informed box on the homepage - invites go out in small batches ahead of general availability in October 2026.

Reports & data

When I run a report, can I save it for later?

Yes. Every report is saved automatically under Saved Reports for the URL you ran it against, and you can export the underlying data as a CSV or a PDF, depending on the tool.

Where does my data actually live, and can I delete it?

On your Mac, in AiVO's local app storage - nowhere else. Saved reports, connected-account tokens, and cached crawl results all live there. Removing the app or clearing its data folder removes them for good.

AI & costs

Does this app use tokens or credits from my AI provider?

Not by default. Everything is run locally and reported on publicly available information - Meta Tags, Schema, Robots, LLM Files, Sitemaps, AI Readiness, and the rest need no API key. Connect your own Anthropic key and it's used only when you ask for AI-written fix suggestions or run Competitor Analysis, both billed against your key at Anthropic's rates.

What information does AiVO send to Google or Anthropic?

Only what a given tool needs, sent with your own credentials, straight from your Mac. Insights requests PageSpeed, Search Console, and GA4 data for the URL you enter; Competitor Analysis and fix suggestions send the relevant page content and your prompt to Anthropic. AiVO never proxies that traffic or sees the response before you do.

Look & feel

Can I customize the app theme and colors?

Yes - 8 themes, switchable anytime in Settings > Appearance.

Can I make the font size larger?

Yes. Settings > Appearance includes a text-size control that scales the whole app, not just individual screens.

Plans & billing

How many client sites can I run under one seat?

As many as you want. Seats are priced per user, not per client - a Solo seat covers every site you personally run audits against.

What happens if I cancel my subscription mid-year?

Your seat stays active through the end of the year you already paid for; it just won't renew. We don't prorate refunds for partial years.

Roadmap & support

Is PPC and Meta campaign reporting going to be added?

Yes - Meta Campaign Insights ships Fall 2026, alongside PPC reporting. Check Coming Soon in the Toolkit for the current list.
